I reached out to mistcooling.com with what I thought was a simple question about my order, but I never really got a clear response back.
I sent an email, waited a few days, and then followed up again. Still, I didn’t get anything that actually helped. It kind of felt like after the order was placed, I was just left hanging, which is not a great feeling.
Maybe some people have had a smoother experience, and maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but I’m fairly sure I wouldn’t order again unless their customer support gets a lot better...

I’m disappointed with the whole experience. The site felt clunky and frustrating to use, and when I reached out for support, it took way too long to get any real help. I feel kind of stupid for trusting them in the first place. Maybe it works fine for some people, but it definitely wasn’t for me.

Using this site was frustrating. The checkout pages were confusing, and it felt like they didn’t put any thought into making the process easy for customers. I shouldn’t have to click around guessing what to do just to place an order.

I don’t know if it’s just me not staying on top of cleaning it enough, but the nozzles seem to clog fast. The mist starts coming out uneven after a few days, even after I’ve tried rinsing and cleaning them. It’s not completely useless or anything, and maybe my water is part of the problem, but it does get annoying to deal with

I checked out mistcooling.com, the prices felt kind of high for what was being offered. A few items seemed reasonable at first, but once I added everything up, it didn’t really feel like much of a deal. Then the shipping or extra costs made it even less worth it. It’s a bit frustrating because this feels like the same issue again where the product might be fine, but the pricing just makes me pause. I’m not saying the products are bad, I just wish the overall cost felt more fair.

I don’t remember every little detail, but the tubing and fittings definitely stood out as feeling cheap. The fittings were leaky too, which is the main thing I remember because it was frustrating.

I grabbed this on a whim because our patio gets so hot in the afternoon and I was hoping for instant relief. The water pressure was all over the place the entire time. One minute it was misting fine, then suddenly it would drop off so much that it barely felt like it was working.
